Massage therapy found Barrett. For years he was a receiver of the art as a way of healing and coping with the emotional and mental duress of living in LA and being an actor, and also as a way of keeping his body healthy and strong from the physical challenges of being a winemaker.

Now it is his turn to give back.

Barrett is happy to start his new chapter where it all began, his hometown of Reno, NV. He is a recent graduate of The Bodhi Tree Center and is well versed in myofascial release, sports massage, hot stone, craniosacral, quantum light, medical/oncology, and aromatherapy. He is also certified in cupping in addition to being a Reiki Master of the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. Barrett intuitively likes to incorporate all of these modalities (hot stone & oncology upon request) into every massage along with some shiatsu and reflexology techniques for better internal organ health.

“The world and all of its challenges can truly put a lot of pressure into and onto our bodies physically. But I believe we are even harder on ourselves mentally and emotionally, which also lives in our muscles and heart. I believe every massage should be a different experience with me, depending on what the client needs that day.”
